Botox Cosmetic

For wrinkles around the upper face – frown lines, brow furrows and crow’s feet – Botox is typically the ideal injectable option. These wrinkles form from facial expressions we make by habit, and are called dynamic wrinkles. Botox works by relaxing the muscles responsible for forming these wrinkles, softening these lines and refreshing your appearance.

The effects typically last 3-4 months before touch-up injections are needed. With continued use, Botox can help your muscles “unlearn” these habits, so eventually you may need fewer treatments to maintain your appearance.

Restylane

Restylane is a dermal filler used to restore volume and fullness to moderate-to-severe facial wrinkles and folds. It’s made from hyaluronic acid, a substance that exists naturally in the human body, thus eliminating allergic reactions. The treatment is simple and convenient, and it can be administered without pretesting. Best of all, the results are almost instantaneous, giving skin a more youthful appearance for 6 months or longer. Restylane is also FDA approved for lip enhancement.

Juvéderm typically lasts 6 months to 1 year, and is excellent for softening lines and creases around the nose and mouth. It’s also a great option for plumping the lips.

Juvéderm VOLUMA XC

The newest version of Juvederm, Voluma XC is specifically formulated for the cheeks, helping to restore plumpness and add a subtle lift to sunken or flat cheeks. It is currently the only dermal filler FDA approved for cheek enhancement. You’ll notice improvements instantly, and the results can last up to two years.

Sculptra

Sculptra Aesthetic is a long-lasting treatment for restoring facial volume. Sculptra is injected below the skin to plump up areas of fat loss, such as skin indentations, hollow eyes, and sunken cheeks. It works by replacing the lost collagen, restoring its structure so that your face looks naturally younger. The results are noticeable after the first treatment, but improve subtly over time, making Sculptra an excellent choice for those who want lasting facial rejuvenation but wish to stay “under the radar” about their secret to a youthful look.
